If you’ve been wanting to work on toilet training with your child but are unsure about how to start, we have the perfect seminar for you. As part of Gateway’s ongoing BCBA Speaker Series, Lauren Lobbestael, M.ED., BCBA will be providing parents with helpful tips to guide you through the process of empowering your children to achieve bathroom independence. Lauren is the clinical director at the Gateway Dearborn clinic and has familiarity with strategies that have shown to be effective and even ideas of what to avoid when working on toileting. The event will take place Saturday, September 28th from 9:00am – 11:00am at the Bingham Farms location. The training will specifically take place in the training room located on the first floor. This event is free and open to the public, so bring a friend. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
