Today, we would like to honor all the brave men and women, past and present, who have dedicated themselves to serving our country. The great sacrifices they have made are worthy of our deep respect and admiration, not just on this Veterans Day but every day.

In the spirit of paying tribute to our nation’s heroes, we would like to highlight the service of one of our own staff, Jason Kurtzhals. Prior to joining the Gateway team, Jason served in the U.S. Air Force from 2005-2009, holding positions in the military police and later the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. A Michigan native, Jason has traveled to and lived in Texas, North Carolina, Washington, Korea, and the Middle East.

Happy Veterans Day to all the incredible human beings that put their life on the line defending our country. May this country do its best every day to honor you and your sacrifices that you made for it. To Jason, and to all our nation’s veterans, we would like to offer our deepest thanks.
