Jurassic Quest provides families with an opportunity to see America’s largest dinosaur experience. This event has some really cool activities such as digging up fossils, riding on a T-Rex that is over 20 feet tall, and so much more! The quest takes place at the Suburban Collection Showplace located in Novi from 3:00pm – 8:00pm on Friday September 27th, and 9:00am – 8:00pm for both Saturday and Sunday (September 28th and 29th). Acting & Improv Workshop
Acting Out Kids Community Theatre will be hosting an acting workshop that is open to all kids between 7-18 years old. This workshop will provide opportunities to improve public speaking and a fun way to socialize with peers. Sensory Friendly Movies
AMC Livonia 20 in Livonia, AMC Forum 30 in Sterling Heights, and NCG Cinema in Lansing are hosting sensory friendly showings of Abominable (PG) on September 28th. Check in with the theatre closest to you to find showing times for this film. Standard ticket fees will apply for all family members attending. Falconers is opening an invitation to all families who have members with developmental disabilities and other special needs. The event will begin at 5:45pm on Saturday September 28th and will follow a really cool itinerary. Families that plan on staying the night will set up their campsite while allowing all other families to check-in. There will be pizza, a zoo tour, a campfire, and a movie to end the night.
